Food Vendor Information

Food vendor applications are due no later than July 17, 2024 and will be reviewed on or about August 1, 2024. Late entries will be placed on the waiting list. Vendors must submit the following with their application:
  • Menu with prices
  • Include beverages
  • Menu item that fits the theme
  • Completed W9 Form
  • DPBR or Dept. of Ag License
  • Four (4) pictures of menu items
  • One (1) picture of your truck, trailer or booth. This photo should reflect what the setup will look like at the festival and include the entire setup, not just a portion.

In order to provide an interesting and varied selection of food options to our attendees, festival management will place limits on the number of similar food items. Exclusivity will not be granted to any one vendor. Food vendors will be selected based on the following attributes:

  • Menu (variety & pricing)
  • Visual Appeal
  • Spatial Requirements
  • Reputation
  • Returning Vendor Status
